There was a time not that long ago when the mp3-format and web search engines strictly were used by geeks and/or communication engineers and not every eight year old kid.Considering this fact it also took a huge amount of time, patience and money to finally hold a record you might have been searching for years in your dirty hands back then (and it still does if you want the original vinyl).
Hardcore-crate-diggers Kon & Amir compiled a list of the 50 most influential samples on a website (yes, ironically on a website). You can listen to the original source and one of the hip hop tracks this sample has been ripped of.
